Job Summary
A sales company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Business Analyst Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with internal stakeholders to drive prioritization and requirements gathering processes
- Gather business requirements and provide thought-leadership for end to end business processes refinement
- Compose and maintain business process flows, business requirements and functional design documents
Qualifications for this position include:
- 9+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant
- Consultative approach, including ability to translate customer needs into low-level technical requirements
- Demonstrate strong problem solving skills, process-driven mindset, and resourcefulness
- Baseline ability to manage stakeholder expectations by understanding stakeholder needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as receptive listening skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
