Job Summary
A civil engineering company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Business Development Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in coordination of the proposal process in alignment with the company’s Relationship Based Sales (RBS) process
- Populating client/proposal information repositories (e.g. eRoom, Sharepoint) and updates/maintains content
- Providing some original writing for sales opportunity response documents and marketing materials
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8 -10 years of related administrative and proposal coordination experience
- Any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Ability to demonstrate excellent capability in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrable proficiency in database applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
