Job Summary
A data center company is seeking a Remote Senior Business Engagement Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Running, leading, growing, and mentoring a team of Senior Managers and Principal Business Analysts
- Growing leadership strength and capabilities within the team
- Engaging and working collaboratively with leaders and team members in Business teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years’ experience in engineering and/or product/business management
- 5+ years’ experience working with large data sets and analytics
- People management experience – at least 5+ years in managing product or engineering teams
- Deep technical understanding of products and technologies deployed in data platforms
- Translate business/user requirements into engineering specifications with depth and clarity
- Effectively explain/defend decisions around product enhancements
