Job Summary
An RIA custodian and financial broker-dealer is in need of a Remote Senior Business Owner Client Compensation Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing relationships with senior leadership
- Developing a highly motivated and scalable organization
- Representing Commissions team on enterprise-wide project teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience with a strong emphasis on client interaction roles/models
- Series 99 license
- C-Suite level presentation experience
- Experience executing on a transformation where the leader provided guidance
- Demonstrated experience with large scale transformations and change management
- Demonstrated experience with excelling in an “influence model”
