Job Summary

An RIA custodian and financial broker-dealer is in need of a Remote Senior Business Owner Client Compensation Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing relationships with senior leadership
• Developing a highly motivated and scalable organization
• Representing Commissions team on enterprise-wide project teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience with a strong emphasis on client interaction roles/models
• Series 99 license
• C-Suite level presentation experience
• Experience executing on a transformation where the leader provided guidance
• Demonstrated experience with large scale transformations and change management
• Demonstrated experience with excelling in an “influence model”
