Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Business Process Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting Project Managers in the PMO deliverables and stakeholder management
- Facilitating requirements elicitation sessions with business and IT resources
- Producing timely and high-quality requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Computer Science or related plus five years' experience
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, MS Project 2016, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Planner
- MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience
- Excellent public speaking skills, including solid presentation skills
- Ability to work independently on complex tasks which require analysis and action
- Ability to work well with staff members and user community, especially with senior business management staff
