Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Senior Business Process Analyst in San Diego.
Must be able to:
- Provide key support in the rollout and implementation of new Telehealth Service Offerings
- Evaluate business processes
- Develop functional service offerings based on the analysis of business needs
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience as a business analyst either in a business function or an IT setting
- 5+ years experience in project leadership role, with proven success in role
- Direct experience as a business analyst in multiple cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
- Experience using process modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio and/or LucidChart
- Experience working in a service or operations environment
