Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Business Process Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, building and deploying business outcome driven solutions
- Providing guidance and delivering successful implementation of the to/be processes
- Achieving ITSM Practice and Individual KPI's and Metrics as defined
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Up to 50% travel annually, driven by customer needs
- 3+ years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry
- A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills required
- Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation
