Job Summary
A manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Senior Business Process Excellence Analyst in New Britain.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting process improvement initiatives of to reduce cost
- Partnering cross functionally to develop and implement optimized processes
- Applying a continuous improvement mindset & toolset to analyze processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or experience within related field
- 2+ years of experience related to improvement of business, and/or manufacturing processes (use of process mapping, value stream mapping, and other Lean Six Sigma tools)
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a bias toward action
- Excellent organizational skills and project/time management abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
