An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Business Speech Analytics Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Investigate non-standard requests and problems
- Oversee all aspects of improving member experience
- Ensure data integrity, data security and process optimization
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED or higher
- 1 years of customer service experience in a Medical insurance position, and knowledge of medical/insurance terminology
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Word create, copy, pastes
