A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Business System Analyst in Corona.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing Business Case Development
• Designing and improving caller experience via telephony systems
• Driving IVR self-service utilization improvements

Qualifications for this position include:

• BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 4
• 4+ years of experience in contact center telephony technology domain
• Experience leading small to large project
• Extensive understanding of SDLC, Agile, change management, application development
• Extensive understanding of infrastructure and industry best practices.
