Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Business Systems Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to document, set up, and test required components
- Serve as liaison between multiple business units and key stakeholders to resolve call routing issues, support system upgrades
- Prepare, consolidate, analyze and present daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree; ITILv3 Certification required within 30 calendar days after task order award
- Seven (7) or more operational years of experience in Automatic Call Distributors (ACD) Interactive, Voice Response (IVR)
- Seven (7) or more operational years of experience in Workforce management systems, Knowledgebase systems
- Seven (7) or more operational years of experience in Quality assurance applications
- US Citizenship Required
