Job Summary

An insurance and financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Act as a lead analyst to deliver solutions aligning with the strategic goals of the organization
• Become a subject matter expert for systems supporting Specialty Insurance lines of business
• Act as a player, coach, and change agent in an ever changing environment

Qualifications Include:

• Previous experience working as a core part of passionate agile teams using agile project methodology and specific deliverables
• Lean methodology and continuous improvement processes experience
• Demonstrated collaboration, strong analytical and product management skills
• Use of enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies
