A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Business Systems Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct a gap analysis to determine current state and future state requirements
- Gather and document detailed requirements for the proposed changes
- Develop a requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are met
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent post high school education
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Experience with change management methodologies and project management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
