Job Summary

A insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Business Systems Analyst in Waltham.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing knowledge documents to assist in improving/streamlining of L1/ L2 incident triage
  • Providing Level 3 support of customer incident tickets a
  • Providing research and root cause analysis for clinical/claim/pharmacy, lab data quality issue remediation

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of X12 & HL7 transactions
  • Familiarity with Clinical Code Sets and vocabularies
  • Working knowledge of clinical transaction systems and formats
  • Experience with Microsoft desktop software suite
