Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Business Technology Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being the primary owner for our operational data platform: drive visibility into processes and applications
- Developing insights to support decision making, and partner with our security teams to uncover threats and vulnerabilities
- Researching, assessing, and incorporating the best new vendors and technologies into our stack
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in an Software or IT Systems Engineering role
- Advanced data management and analysis skills including familiarity with databases and log management systems
- Experience working with API’s in Javascript (Node.js) and/or Python
- Exposure to a SaaS-first IT environment (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, etc)
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services: Lambda, EC2, S3, etc
