Job Summary
A venture-backed software development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior CAD Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Maintain support ownership of integrations between Aurora industry partners
- Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to aid with various internal initiatives
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate bugs to the development team using standardized escalation paths
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge in working with JIRA or ZenDesk
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, roof design, and measurement
- 3 years experience in a client-facing B2B technical support role
- Demonstrated interest in solar technology
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Passion for improving procedures, documentation, efficiency, and managing a support style-guide
