A consumer financial services company is in need of a Remote Senior California or New York Licensed Employment Counsel Member.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing pragmatic advice and guidance on employment matters
- Drafting and/or reviewing employment agreements
- Distilling complex legal issues into helpful frameworks
Qualifications Include:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed
- In good standing to practice law in at least California or New York
- 5 years of relevant legal experience at a leading law firm and/or as in-house counsel
- Familiarity with wage-and-hour considerations
- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to complex legal matters
