Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is in need of a Remote Senior Call Center Pharmacy Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting comprehensive coordination of Medicaid and/or Medicare pharmacy services
• Evaluating and authorizing approval of pharmacy requests received by telephone, facsimile, and/or other means using client clinical criteria

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in computerized pharmacy systems and software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Windows-based software applications
• National Pharmacy Technician certification and Arizona and/or Texas State License, current and in good standing, are required
• Protects the confidentiality of member information and adheres to company policies regarding confidentiality
