Job Summary

A privately-held employment-related search engine has a current position open for a Remote Senior Candidate Management Product Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building out and maintaining the product strategy and roadmaps for Candidate Tracking teams
• Engaging in user research to distill user problems and deliver new insights
• Using data analysis to improve features and inspire new product ideas

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent
• 3+ years of consumer software product management experience
• Proven leadership working towards larger company-wide initiatives and goals
• Experience making complex data-driven business decisions
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers
