Job Summary
A real estate company is seeking a Remote Senior Capital Management Analyst in El Segundo.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage cross functional operations for loan processing to ensure loans move through the marketplace efficiently
- Manage day to day operations of lenders and third party relationships
- Maintain reporting of historical line usage to better understand capacity, revenue generation and future strategies
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering
- Experience with financial modeling
- Understanding of capital markets
- Great communication skills
