Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare group has an open position for a Remote Senior Cardiology and Interventional Radiology Coder.
Must be able to:
- Analyze medical information from medical records
- Accurately charge procedural and supply information
- Seek out missing information and create complete records
Qualifications for this position include:
- CPC, CCS, or CIRCC in an active status
- Must demonstrate a level of knowledge and understanding of ICD and CPT coding principles
- Able to work effectively with common office software and coding software and abstracting systems
- Experience, typically gained through four plus years relevant work experience providing coding services
