A technology services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Care Operations Call Center Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all internal customers
- Providing leadership, direction, support and career development to organizations
- Leading Operations Managers to support their teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven and demonstrable leadership, management and motivational skills
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years call center experience
- 3-5 years at the manager level
- 2-3 years directly managing manager level employees
- Experience with call center technology, including ACD, and workforce management tools
