A technology services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Care Operations Call Center Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all internal customers
  • Providing leadership, direction, support and career development to organizations
  • Leading Operations Managers to support their teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proven and demonstrable leadership, management and motivational skills
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years call center experience
  • 3-5 years at the manager level
  • 2-3 years directly managing manager level employees
  • Experience with call center technology, including ACD, and workforce management tools
