Job Summary
A residential community matching company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Care Sales Family Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Speak with 30-40+ families per day
- Address sensitive situations with compassion while also delivering results
- Assess each care recipient's health, budget, and location requirements over the phone
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong sales and closing skills are a must
- Previous experience meeting sales quotas in a metrics-driven environment
- Has a dedicated workspace at home that is quiet and conducive to call work
- Is highly computer literate and can enter information into a CRM while also actively listening
- Is highly organized and can manage their time effectively in a fully remote environment
