Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Care Team Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing a rapidly scaling team of Care Specialists
  • Representing the voice of the customer and Care Team
  • Developing or refreshing customer-facing policies

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in a D2C support role
  • 4 years of experience managing a team
  • Experience coaching support specialists and conducting quality analysis
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
  • Analytical ability
  • Technical aptitude
