Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Case Management Applications Technical Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure that a positive customer experience is delivered
- Collaborating with the HR Service Delivery leads and others in the HR function
- Ensuring timely content updates to the knowledgebase
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to travel to various sites 20% as needed
- Minimum 6 - 8 years human resources service delivery
- Experience with file & case management, portal and knowledgebase technologies
- Deep understanding of access, security, user and role based security
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
