A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Cassandra Database Administrator and Engineer in San Diego.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Performing Database Administration activities with Cassandra
  • Working with Data Architect to build robust data pipelines
  • Executing on technical requirements and documenting new ones when needed

Required Skills:

  • Start off 100% remote and eventually hybrid onsite/remote
  • Demonstrated experience as a DBA supporting a Production environment
  • Knowledge of traditional and modern data warehouse methodologies
  • Proven ability to learn new tools and technology
  • Expert level SQL
  • Experience developing, deploying, and supporting ETL workflows
