Job Summary
An automotive indemnity company is seeking a Remote Senior Casualty Department Injury Claims Adjuster.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking recorded statements from policyholders, claimants, agents, witnesses, police officers, passengers & other parties as needed
- Understanding and applying differences in claims handling based on the venue
- Completing investigative research to verify coverage and resolve complex coverage issues
Position Requirements Include:
- College Degree
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- 7+ years of Florida personal auto claims handling experience
- Applicable Insurance Designation
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
