- 5+ years of progressive experience in engineering management
- Strong technical skills to translate business needs into engineering opportunities to drive the strategic agenda
- Hold a strong understanding of the cloud in industry/user and enterprise trends
- Experience managing one or more engineering teams responsible for a key strategic area
