Job Summary

An aviation and aerospace company has an open position for a Remote Senior Certification Process Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading activities to develop, document and maintain complex architectures, interfaces and designs for software systems
  • Leading development of code and integration of complex software components into a fully functional software system
  • Providing technical leadership for software projects and leads software supplier management activities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of experience with government certifications processes
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with defining and implementing process
  • Experience with DO-178 standards and compliance
  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study
