Job Summary
A child advocacy ministry needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Change Management Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Serve as a thought leader and acts proactively to anticipate and mitigate risks
- Analyze and improve the Change Management methodology, process, and tools
- Coach and provide expertise, and may oversee the work of other professionals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years progressively responsible experience with a combination of business change,
- 3-5 years of Change Management specific experience
- Demonstrate leadership by leading through influence and collaboration
- Prosci ADKAR or similar methodology experience preferred
- Complementary proficiency in project management is highly preferred
