Job Summary

A non-profit teaching organization is filling a position for a Remote Senior Change Management Training and Communications Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing execution of change management, training and communications projects
  • Overseeing relevant communication channels and “super user” communities
  • Serving as a model manager and coach to the Director

Position Requirements Include:

  • Apply by June 11, 2018
  • Moderate quarterly travel is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in a variety of communication and training tools and platforms
  • Track record of success managing, coaching, and developing others
