Job Summary
A non-profit teaching organization is filling a position for a Remote Senior Change Management Training and Communications Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing execution of change management, training and communications projects
- Overseeing relevant communication channels and “super user” communities
- Serving as a model manager and coach to the Director
Position Requirements Include:

- Moderate quarterly travel is required
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Fluency in a variety of communication and training tools and platforms
- Track record of success managing, coaching, and developing others
