Job Summary

A provider of cloud-based software needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Channel Operations Analyst Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing ongoing sales health metrics, reporting analytics and dashboards in Salesforce
• Gathering requirements for projects, troubleshooting issues, developing better processes, and bringing information back
• Building/editing SFDC reports and dashboards for ad hoc requests

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of Sales Operations, or similar experience
• Salesforce proficiency
• Analytical skills
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Project management and presentation skills
• Problem solver and able to operate independently with minimal supervision
