- Investigating and maintaining claims
- Developing, preparing, and implementing Claims Litigation strategy

Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel 0-10%
- 10 yrs claims experience
- LLM or JD and current attorney license
- Willing to be claims adjuster licensed in all 50 states
- Experience in the areas of litigation, insurance coverage
- Able to develop, prepare, and implement claims litigation strategy
