Job Summary
An insurance brokerage firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Claims Consultant in King of Prussia.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting clients with targeted claim reporting
- Creating and maintaining active diary on targeted claims
- Acting as liaison between Client, carrier and involved business partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel regionally for client visits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
- 5+ years' hands-on claim experience
- Excellent phone etiquette, written & verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy
