Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Claims Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Obtain information from involved parties to evaluate facts of loss
• Research and respond timely to customer inquiries and/or concerns throughout the life of a claim
• Negotiate, settle and authorize payment for injury claims with both legal counsel for represented claimants and unrepresented parties

Position Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Insurance Adjuster’s license may be required in applicable states
• Customer service experience
• 2-3 years of claims adjusting experience
