Job Summary
A healthcare pharmacy provider has an open position for a Remote Senior Client Benefit Administration Manager in Franklin Lakes.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing operational support for assigned ESI Markets for plan changes
- Reviewing, analyzing and verifying intent of assigned benefit set ups as they relate to products and programs
- Assisting with operation input related to new product development; identification, research and resolution of operational issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field or 14-18 years of relevant experience
- 8-12 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 6-10 years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis and management with 2-3 years of experience developing and managing decision support
- Excellent PC skills including application development experience within a Microsoft Office environment
- High aptitude for problem solving and analytical thinking
- All other requirements necessary for this position
