Job Summary
A clinical research company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Client Business Development Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing and managing an effective sales program to maximize organization growth
- Providing direction and serving as a resource for sales staff members, including performance management
- Continuously monitoring status of Customer Account Plans and business targets for pipeline of opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple job areas
- 15 years relevant industry experience (CRO/Pharmaceutical), and/or sales experience
- 10 years of management responsibility OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience
