Job Summary
An information services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Client Delivery Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring and reporting on client ticket trends, opportunities, and improvements
- Collaborating with peers and senior leaders in setting and driving client delivery strategy
- Driving toward delivery and operational excellence within matrixed environment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven understanding of technical implementation and release management are required
- 8+ years of customer and/or delivery experience in a SaaS, or software organization in B2B context
- Knowledge of products specifications, customer requirements, and project management are necessary
- Supervisory, decision making, and strategic thinking are essential in this position
- Bachelor's degree, advanced level of knowledge is required to perform the duties of the job or equivalent work experience
