A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Client Engagement Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as a Business Advisor and Engagement Strategy expert for clients
  • Developing client strategies and engagement programs
  • Persuading clients to deploy engagement plans in the most effective way to achieve the desired outcomes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years experience providing consultative guidance to Health Plans (HPs) and HP clients
  • Growth mindset
  • 5+ years of experience in successfully partnering with employers
  • 4 years of experience managing a team
  • Expertise in data management (accessing and manipulating data to create insight)
