Job Summary

A health management provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Client Experience Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Prioritizing initiatives and follow through on actions to improve specific customer experiences
  • Supporting proactive CX design and management
  • Improving the experiences of existing clients

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years healthcare experience or other B2B experience with a field based sales organization
  • Project and/or program management experience
  • MBA preferred, minimum BA/BS in business degree
  • Customer insights experience
