Job Summary

A financial services and investment firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Client Insights Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Design, guide and execute strategic branch insights projects that generate actionable insights
• Communicate insights to business partners
• Provide strategic direction and consult with internal stakeholders

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years of research experience or 5+ years leadership and marketing research experience
• Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies and sampling designs
• PhD or Masters Degree in the social sciences (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Political Science) or related field
• Proficient with applied statistics / econometrics (e.g. ANOVA, regression, causal inference)
• Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. R, Stata, SPSS, or SAS)
• Strong writing and communication skills including the ability to present to senior and executive management
