Job Summary

A health technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Client Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing guidelines and best practices that increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Assisting with the training of Client Service Representatives
  • Serving as knowledge resource for Client Service Representatives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be willing to travel to multiple sites based on the needs of the region
  • High School Diploma (GED) required
  • Knowledge, experience and/or training in accurate data entry, office equipment and procedures
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proven customer service experience and/or training
