Job Summary
A health technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Client Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing guidelines and best practices that increase efficiency and productivity.
- Assisting with the training of Client Service Representatives
- Serving as knowledge resource for Client Service Representatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be willing to travel to multiple sites based on the needs of the region
- High School Diploma (GED) required
- Knowledge, experience and/or training in accurate data entry, office equipment and procedures
- 2+ years of experience
- Proven customer service experience and/or training
