Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Client Services Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Act as a liaison to facilitate the resolution of customer submitted inquiries
• Input, track, and manage the closure of customer inquiries
• Participate in partnership meetings with internal business partners

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Occasional travel when required (approximately 15%)
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to work effectively with various sites or vendors
