Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Client Success Advisor in Indianapolis.
Must be able to:
- Manage the implementation process for new health plan clients
- Maintain necessary documents such as action items/issue logs, project plans
- Oversee implementation project plan across various groups within the organization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree in related field & minimum of 8+ years exp. in health insurance field
- Any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
- Ability to translate technical information into laypersons terms and vice-a-versa for customers
