Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Client Success Executive .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing Key Account Portfolio of strategic clients
- Monitoring customer health and communication plan for Key Accounts
- Developing deep relationships at the C-Suite level to drive ongoing strategic partnerships
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Master’s Degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven analytical skills
- Deep understanding of Healthcare RoI
- Ability to handle executive relationships
