Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Client Success Manager in Chicago.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collection of client feedback on product improvement and development
  • Analysis of client engagement to drive deep integration & satisfaction
  • Conduct pricing analyses and promotional evaluations to develop insights

Qualifications Include:
