Job Summary

An information management provider has an open position for a Remote Senior Client Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing risk assessments throughout the implementations lifecycle up to live production
  • Guiding and coordinating unrivaled and complex troubleshooting efforts between clients, implementations, engineering, development, application support, and operations staff
  • Consulting on complex projects on existing applications, process flows and overall operating systems

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel Required: <10%
  • Minimum five years experience required
  • RPG/ILE Experience as a Software Engineer/developer
  • Requires the ability to participate in an on-call rotation providing tier 2 support after hours and on weekends
