Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time Senior Clinical Admin Nurse RN will manage infusion therapy and home health care coordination, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee infusion therapy management and provide comprehensive care support to patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including pharmacists and physicians, to ensure effective patient care
• Utilize electronic medical records and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate patient documentation and communication

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Current, unrestricted Compact RN license
• 2+ years of experience in Infusion Therapy and Home Health
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) programs
• Willingness to obtain additional RN licensures in specified states if not currently active
