Remote Senior Clinical Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A reearch company is seeking a Remote Senior Clinical Contracts Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing complex contracts related to clinical research studies and clinical trials
• Overseeing vendor and subcontractor negotiations and performing contractual risk assessments
• Administering pre and post award activities related to government and commercial sponsored clinical trials

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Typically requires a Master's degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years contracts experience
• 5 years clinical trial contracts experience at a minimum
• Knowledge of the FAR and FDA regulations
