Job Summary
A reearch company is seeking a Remote Senior Clinical Contracts Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing complex contracts related to clinical research studies and clinical trials
- Overseeing vendor and subcontractor negotiations and performing contractual risk assessments
- Administering pre and post award activities related to government and commercial sponsored clinical trials
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Typically requires a Master's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years contracts experience
- 5 years clinical trial contracts experience at a minimum
- Knowledge of the FAR and FDA regulations
