Job Summary

A healthcare organization is in need of a Remote Senior Clinical Knowledge Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Create, analyze, and improve complex models of clinical knowledge
  • Be responsible for representation of knowledge assets
  • Be responsible for analysis of knowledge asset types, selection of templates and schemas

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Individual must have strong technical skills with Epic, ODM, OWL and Java foundational knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in clinical, health sciences, or informatics
  • Proficiency in formal knowledge modeling including process modeling and decision modeling
  • Experience in elicitation of clinical knowledge
  • Working knowledge of cognitive task analysis and cognitive systems engineering principles
  • Deep understanding of procedural and declarative knowledge representation formalisms
